Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the tilt cylinder. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tilt Cylinder - Remove".

1. Release the locking pressure in the load control valves of the lift cylinders. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Load Control Valves (Lift Cylinder, Tilt Cylinder) - Remove".

2. Disconnect hose assemblies (8) from quick coupler (9). Disconnect clips (3) from control group (5) .

3. Remove plate (7) and pin (6) from lift cylinder (4) and control group (5) .

4. Lower lift cylinder (4) in order to allow lift cylinder (4) to rest on the frame.

5. Repeat Step 3 and 4 for the other side.

6. Remove plate (1) and pin (2) from control group (5).

7. Repeat Step 6 for the other side.

8. Remove the control group (5). The weight of control group (5) is approximately 385 kg (848 lb).
