Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

  1. Attach Tooling (D) and a suitable lifting device to main control valve (38). The weight of main control valve (38) is approximately 771 kg (1700 lb). Position main control valve (38). Attach Tooling (A), Tooling (B), and a suitable lifting device to main control valve (38).

  1. Attach Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to pump drive (39). Install bolts (40) .

  1. Install tube assemblies (37) to main control valve (38) .

  1. Attach a suitable lifting device to bracket (13). Install bracket (13). Install bolts (12).

  1. Connect hose assemblies (11). Connect harness assembly (10) .

  1. Attach a suitable lifting device to screen assembly (7). The weight of screen assembly (7) is approximately 50 kg (110 lb). Install screen assembly (7). Install bolts (4). Connect hose assembly (5). Install clip (6). Repeat for opposite side.

  1. Connect hose assemblies (1) and (3). Install clip (2) .

  1. Fill the hydraulic oil into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil (implement) - Change".

  1. Fill the pump drive into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Pump Drive (Front) Oil - Change ".

End By:

  1. Connect the rod end of the left side steering cylinder. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Cylinder - Install".
  2. Remove the chocks from the wheels. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel Chock (Front and Rear) - Remove and Install".
