Installation Procedure

Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Note: Check all of the O-ring seals and the components for wear or damage. Replace the components, if necessary. Lubricate the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury. To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.

1. Install spring (14), O-ring seal (15), and plug (16) to selector valve body (13). Install stem (12), spring (11), O-ring seal (10), and plug (9) to selector valve body (13) .

2. Position selector valve (3) to the plate. Install bolts (8), the washers, and the nuts that secure selector valve (3) to the plate.

3. Connect swivel tees (6) and (7) .

4. Connect tube assemblies (4), (1), (2), and (5) .

5. Repeat the procedure for the remaining selector valve.

6. Remove Tooling (A) .

End By: Separate the frame lock link. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Frame Lock Link - Separate and Connect".
