D11R (S/N: AAF1-UP; 9TR1-UP; 9XR1-UP; 7PZ1-UP)

Description of Change: The Track-Type Tractors models D11R and D11R Carrydozer have the following updates: gear and pinion set, pump with increased flow and modified orifices for the brakes. These changes will result in improved service life of the bevel gear and pinion.

The bevel gear case, bearing cages, and the pump have been modified in order to provide more lubrication flow to the bevel gear and pinion. The bevel gear and pinion have isotropic finished surfaces. The finish creates a smoother tooth surface which helps provide longer life.

Note: In order to provide the desired life, do not install the new bevel and the pinion without also installing the new pump (PTO) and brake reducing orifices.

Note: The new bevel gear or the pinion should not be used with the previous mating part.

Note: The current case and bearing cage assemblies can be reworked to the new part number.

Adaptable To: The 304-1817 Bevel and Transfer Gear, 295-1072 Gear Pump Gp, 299-3323 Orifices, and the 308-0081 Transmission Ar are effective with D11R (S/N: 7PZ1664-UP) and D11R CD (S/N: AAF0290-UP). The 304-1817 Bevel and Transfer Gear, 295-1072 Gear Pump Gp, 299-3323 Orifices, and the 308-0081 Transmission Ar are adaptable to the following tractors:D11R (S/N: 7PZ1-1663), D11R (S/N: 9TR1-UP), D11R CD (S/N: 9XR1-UP), and D11R CD (S/N: AAF1-0289)
