建议的措施


注意

持续盘车不要超过30秒。 再次盘车前,让起动马达先冷却2分钟。


诊断代码

检查电子维修工具上是否存在激活的诊断代码或事件代码。 在继续执行本步骤之前,诊断并排除所有现行代码。

电气接头

  1. 请参考故障诊断与排除, "电气接头 - 检查"。

  1. 修复或更换电气接头。

  1. 确保所有接头密封件全部安装就位,并正确安装了接头。

  1. 确保修理后故障排除。 如果故障未排除,则转至 "ECM 连接"。

ECM 连接

  1. 检查 P2/J2 接头是否正确连接。

  1. 检查 P1/J1 接头是否正确连接。

  1. 如果怀疑 ECM 电源和接地有问题,请参阅故障诊断与排除, "电源电路 - 测试"。

  1. 验证 ECM 与燃油泵的供电与接地是否正确连接。

  1. 修复所有故障,并确保排除了故障。

  1. 如果维修后,没有消除故障,请继续执行"燃油供给"。

燃油供给

  1. 目视检查油箱的燃油。 燃油表可能出现故障。

  1. 确保燃油供应阀(如有配备)处在完全打开位置。

  1. 如果温度低于 0 °C (32 °F),检查燃油有无凝固(结蜡)。

  1. 检查燃油的粗滤器 / 油水分离器是否含水。

  1. 检查供油管路有无阻塞。

  1. 检查低压燃油管是否拧紧并正确固定。

  1. 检查燃油滤清器。

  1. 检查柴油是否受污染。 请参阅系统操作 、测试与调整, "燃油质量 - 测试"。

  1. 检查燃油系统内是否有空气。 请参阅系统操作、测试与调整, "燃油混入空气 - 测试"。

  1. 确保燃油系统已充注。 请参阅系统操作、测试与调整, "燃油系统 - 注油"。

  1. 检查燃油压力。 起动发动机,然后使用电子维修工具检查燃油导轨的压力是否大于 18000 kPa (2610 psi)。

  1. 如果修理没有消除故障,则转至"进气歧管压力"。

进气歧管压力

  1. 使用电子维修工具验证进气歧管压力。

  1. 将起动开关转到接通位置。

  1. 进气歧管压力读数应为 0 ± 0.5 kPa (0 ± 0.07 psi)。 如果进气歧管压力没有在限值范围内,请采取下述措施:

  1. 利用电子维修工具检查空气滤清器有无阻塞。

  1. 确保空气滤清器干净且可用。

  1. 检查进气和排气系统是否存在以下故障:

    • 堵塞

    • 限制

    • 进气管和排气管以及软管受损
