Introduction

Porosity or cracks of the oil pan.

Problem

There are reports of porosity or cracks in 113-5280 Oil Pan and oil leakage through the oil pan at low hours. There have been Oil Pan failures on 3056E Engines. Additional failure of the 6I-4710 Gasket have been identified as a leaking engine oil.

Solution

An investigation is on going. Use same parts.
