制冷管路被打开时,即使压力计显示系统中已经没有制冷剂,也要始终戴着护目镜。

拆卸管件时,务必小心谨慎。 慢慢地拧松接头。 如果系统内仍有压力,就要把它缓慢地释放到一个通风良好的地方去。

通过燃着的香烟吸入制冷剂会使人受伤或死亡。

通过燃着的香烟或其他抽烟方法吸入空调制冷气体,或者,吸入空调制冷气体接触明火而形成的烟雾,都会造成对人体的伤害 或死亡。

维修空调时,或者,在任何可能存在制冷气体的地方都不要抽烟。

采用经过认可的回收和循环利用车妥善地从空调器中取出制冷剂。


  1. 回收空调系统中的空调制冷剂。 有关步骤请参阅维修手册, SENR5664, "使用 R-134a 制冷剂的空调和暖风系统"。 有关工具信息,请参阅专门出版物, NEDG5065, "空调工具"。

  2. 将冷却液从冷却系统中排入合适的容器,以便保存或弃置。 请参阅操作和保养手册, "冷却系统冷却液(ELC)- 更换"。
