Operational Checks (Power Train)

Usage:

Operate the machine in each direction and in all speeds. Note the noises that are not normal and find the sources of the noises. If the machine power train is not operating correctly refer to the following topics in the "Symptom Procedures" section for a list of possible problems and corrections.

The following checks for troubleshooting are set in sequence to find problems and causes quickly.

These checks for troubleshooting should be done in order. Do not go to the next check until the problem in the previous check has been corrected or you are instructed to go to the next check. If the correct result for the check is found, go directly to the next check.
