D6N (S/N: ALH1-UP; AKM1-UP; ALR1-UP; ALY1-UP)

Description of Change: An improved inlet hose is now used on the power train oil pump on the D5N and D6N Track-Type Tractors. The manufacturing process has been improved and the wire diameter of the spring inside the hose has been increased. The improvements will ensure that the hose does not collapse.

Adaptable To: The inlet hose is effective with the following D5N and D6N Track-Type Tractors:

• AKD836

• AGG966

• ALR396

• ALY1037

• AKM943

• ALH425

The inlet hose is adaptable to the following D5N and D6N Track-Type Tractors:

• AKD1-835

• AGG1-965

• ALR1-395

• ALY1-1036

• AKM1-942

• ALH1-424

The new hoses will be engineering change 2 to the current part number. The new hoses will be marked with the engineering change (2) for identification. For the D5N, use 184-4240 Hose. For the D6N, use 220-0907 Hose.
