Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the air filter. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Filter - Remove and Install".

1. Disconnect tube assembly (1).

2. Disconnect harness assembly (2).

3. Disconnect hose assemblies (3) and hose assemblies (4).

4. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to relief valve (6).

5. Remove bolts (5).

6. Remove relief valve (6).

7. Remove bolts (7) and cover (8).

8. Remove adjustment screw (9) and valve (10).

   Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force. Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment. Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.

9. Remove plug (11), slug (17), O-ring seal (16), retainer (15), spool (14), spring (13), and plug (12).
