Service Magazine, SEPD0733, 05 October 2004, "The Addition of Plates Improve the Service Life of the Mounts for the Ejector Cylinder". Disregard this article. See the article that follows.

Description of Change: Two plates have been added to the mounts for the ejector cylinder. The two plates decrease the stress on the mounts for the ejector cylinder. The two plates also improve the service life of the mounts.

Adaptable To: Two 235-5770 Plates have been added to the frame in order to improve the service life of the mounts for the ejector cylinder. Use the procedure that follows in order to fabricate the 235-5770 Plates. Use the procedure that follows in order to install the 235-5770 Plates .

The two 235-5770 Plates are effective with the following machines:

  • 621G (S/N: CEP300-UP)

  • 627G (S/N: CEZ403-UP)

The two 235-5770 Plates are adaptable to the following machines:

  • 621F (S/N: 5JK1-UP; 9NL1-UP)

  • 621G (S/N: CEP1-299)

  • 627F (S/N: 4YK1-UP)

  • 627G (S/N: AYK1-UP; CEX1-402)
