Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to heat exchanger (12). The weight of heat exchanger (12) is approximately
89 kg (196 lb) . - Position heat exchanger (12) on the engine and install bolts (10) and washers (12).
- Tighten bolts (10) to a torque of
105 ± 20 N·m (77 ± 15 lb ft) .Show/hide table

- Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of
105 ± 20 N·m (77 ± 15 lb ft) . - Install level sensor (6).
- Install tube assembly (2).
- Install hose assemblies (1), (3), (5), and (7).
