Marine Multi-Station Control System Caterpillar

Diagnostic Code List

Usage:

3196 2XR
Use the Caterpillar Electronic Technician (Cat ET) in order to determine the diagnostic codes for the PCP or the ECM. After determining the diagnostic codes, refer to the corresponding test procedure for more information. Perform the procedure that corresponds to the Component Identifier (CID) and the Failure Mode Identifier (FMI) of the diagnostic code. The following table is a list of possible diagnostic codes for the PCP and the ECM in the multi-station control system.

Table 1
Diagnostic Codes
For troubleshooting, see the procedure with the same CID and FMI.
