Aftercooler - Install
Installation Procedure

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Install gaskets (8) and plate (9) on the engine.

- Attach a suitable lifting device to aftercooler (5). The weight of aftercooler (5) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb).
- Position aftercooler (5) on the engine and install bolts (7). Tighten the bolts in a numerical sequence to a torque of 31 ± 3 N·m (23 ± 2 lb ft).
- Connect the air shutoff to aftercooler (5) and install bolts (3) .

- Connect hoses (6) and (4) .
- Connect harness assemblies (2) and (1) .
- Refill the raw water system.
