- 使用工具 (A) 和适当的压具将轴组件 (9) 安装到水泵壳体 (8) 中。 安装后，轴组件 (9) 上的轴承应与水泵壳体 (8) 的表面平齐。

- 使用工具 (B) 将油封 (7) 沿轴组件 (9) 安装到水泵壳体 (8) 中。
- 使用工具 (A) 和适当的压具将叶轮 (6) 安装到轴组件 (9) 上。 安装叶轮 (6) ，直到叶轮 (6) 和水泵壳 (8) 机加工面间的距离达到 0.75 ± 0.25 mm (0.030 ± 0.010 in) 为止。
- 将密封垫 (5) 和后盖 (4) 安置到水泵壳体 (8) 上。 安装螺栓 (3) 。
- 安装 O 形密封圈 (1) 和 (2) 。
注: 检查 O 形密封圈有无磨损或损坏。 如有必要，更换O形密封圈。
