Installation Procedure

Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
- Fill the track drive motor with clean hydraulic oil.

To avoid system damage, make sure that the hydraulic motor is properly filled with hydraulic oil before start-up. |
- Use Tooling (A) and Tooling (B) and install hydraulic drive motor (15) to the original location. The weight of hydraulic drive motor is 107 kg (235 lb).

- Install the bolts and washers (14). Remove Tooling (B) and Tooling (A) from hydraulic drive motor (15) .
- Connect fitting (13) .

- Connect hose assembly (12) .

- Install the hoses in the original location. Install split flange (11). Install four bolts and washers (9). Install split flange (10). Install four bolts and washers (8) .

- Connect hose assembly (7). Connect hose assembly (6) .

- Install support plate (3). Install the bolts and washers (2). Install the bolts and washers (1) .

- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7273, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct procedure.
