Removal Procedure

1. Remove the belt from the engine.

2. Attach a suitable lifting device to crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (2). The weight of crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (2) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb). Remove bolts (1).

3. Remove crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (2).

Installation Procedure

1. Attach a suitable lifting device to crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (2). The weight of crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (2) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb). Position crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (2) on the engine.

2. Install bolts (1).

3. Install the belt on the engine.
