注: 水套水泵密封表面上的少量冷却液泄漏属于正常现象。 该渗漏是为这种密封提供润滑所必需的。 水泵壳体上有一个小孔，该小孔使得这些冷却液/密封润滑剂能够从水泵壳体中流出来。 少量冷却液从此小孔中断断续续地渗漏出来并不表明水泵密封失效。
