Hydraulic Electronic Control - Remove and Install
Start By:
- Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
Note: Put identification marks on all wires for installation purposes.
- Lower the bucket to the ground.

- Disconnect switch assembly (2).
- Remove cover (4).

- Remove the cover enough to disconnect cigar lighter (9).
- Remove cover (10).

- Remove bolts (11) and hydraulic electronic control (12).

Illustration 6 g00445365 - Remove two nuts (14), the washers, and electronic position control (15).
- Install electronic position control (15).
- Apply 9S-3263 Thread Lock Compound to the threads of the threaded rods.
- Install the washers and nuts (14). The torque for nuts (14) is
2.25 ± .25 N·m (20 ± 2 lb in) .Show/hide tableIllustration 8 g00445189 - Install hydraulic electronic control (12) and bolts (11).
- Connect electrical connectors (13).

- Connect cigar lighter (9).
- Install bolts (8) and bolts (7).

- Connect switch assembly (2).
- Install three screws (3) and screw (1). The torque for screw (1) is
6 ± 1 N·m (53 ± 9 lb in) .

Note: The slot in the electronic position control must be aligned to the slot of the control assembly.
