Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".

Note: Put identification marks on all wires for installation purposes.

1. Lower the bucket to the ground.

2. Remove screw (1) and three screws (3).

3. Disconnect switch assembly (2).

4. Remove cover (4).

5. Remove three screws (5) and cover (6).

6. Remove bolts (7) and bolts (8).

7. Remove the cover enough to disconnect cigar lighter (9).

8. Remove cover (10).

9. Disconnect electrical connectors (13).

10. Remove bolts (11) and hydraulic electronic control (12).

11. Remove two nuts (14), the washers, and electronic position control (15).

Installation Procedure

Note: The slot in the electronic position control must be aligned to the slot of the control assembly.

1. Install electronic position control (15).

2. Apply 9S-3263 Thread Lock Compound to the threads of the threaded rods.

3. Install the washers and nuts (14). The torque for nuts (14) is 2.25 ± .25 N·m (20 ± 2 lb in).

4. Install hydraulic electronic control (12) and bolts (11).

5. Connect electrical connectors (13).

6. Install cover (10).

7. Connect cigar lighter (9).

8. Install bolts (8) and bolts (7).

9. Install cover (6) and three screws (5).

10. Install cover (4).

11. Connect switch assembly (2).

12. Install three screws (3) and screw (1). The torque for screw (1) is 6 ± 1 N·m (53 ± 9 lb in).

End By:

1. Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
