Installation Procedure

Note: Check the condition of all O-ring seals. If any O-ring seals are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

1. Install O-ring seal (8) in the mounting flange of fixed displacement pump (2).

2. Attach Tooling (A) to fixed displacement pump (2).

3. Use a hoist and a suitable lifting sling to support fixed displacement pump (2). The weight of the fixed displacement pump is 141 kg (310 lb).

4. Install bolts (7).

5. Connect supply hose assembly (5) and suction hose assembly (6) to fixed displacement pump (2).

6. Install fitting (4) on fixed displacement pump (2).

7. Connect two tube assemblies (3) and hose assembly (5) to fitting (4).

8. Close access doors (1).

9. Check the oil level in the implement hydraulic tank. For the correct procedure, refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for your machine.

10. Start the engine. Check for leaks and for proper operation of the implement hydraulics.

1. Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
