螺栓拧紧顺序 | |
(1) 螺栓
按照以下步骤，拧紧后冷器的螺栓。
- 将密封组装到后冷器芯上。
- 临时用胶带将底部密封固定在后冷器上。 不要使用粘接剂、硅润滑剂或任何其它润滑剂来固定密封。
- 将装了密封的后冷器组装到进气歧管上。
- 检查底部密封，以确保密封正确座入凹槽内。
- 安装后冷器盖。
- 检查顶部密封，以确保密封正确座入凹槽内。
- 安装盖螺栓。 用手拧紧盖螺栓。
- 按照数字顺序拧紧螺栓。
扭矩 ... 24 N·m (18 lb ft)
- 按照数字顺序再次拧紧螺栓。
扭矩 ... 47 N·m (35 lb ft)
- 拆下胶带。
(2) 螺塞
-
在螺塞的螺纹上涂抹 4C-5598 防粘结剂 。
- 扭矩 ... 25 ± 5 N·m (18 ± 4 lb ft)
