Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the pilot pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gear Pump (Implement Pilot) - Remove".

1. Mark top cover (1), body (2) and bottom cover (3) for assembly purposes.

2. Remove four bolts (4). Remove top cover (1) from body (2).

3. Remove O-ring seal (5), seal (6) and backup seal (7).

   Note: Note the location of recess (8) in top bushing (9). The recess points toward the suction side of body (2). This is the large opening in the pump body.

4. Remove top bushing (9).

5. Remove two gears (10) and (11).
   Show/hide table

6. Remove pump body (2) from bottom cover (3).
   Show/hide table

7. Remove O-ring seal (12), seal (13) and backup seal (14).

   Note: Note the location of recess (15) in bottom bushing (16). The recess points toward the suction side of body (2). This is the large opening in the pump body.

8. Remove bottom bushing (16).

9. Remove snap ring (17) and lip seal (18) from bottom cover (3).
