Usage:
906 (6ZS) Compact Wheel Loaders
Description of Change: Changes have been made to several parts of the pump mounting group to improve hub retention. The pump mounting flange has been replaced. The bolt torque on the coupling hub has been increased. The amount of spline engagement between the coupling hub and the flange has increased.

Adaptable To: The 117-7756 Nylon Flange (1) replaced the former 141-0734 Flange. Eight 8T-4195 Bolts (2) are now used for the installation of the flange (1). The bolts should be tightened to a torque of 55 ± 10 N·m (40 ± 7 lb ft). See Illustration 1. A change in the placement of the 141-0666 Coupling Hub (3) on the pump shaft provides increased spline engagement with the flange. The new hub placement dimension on the pump shaft is shown in Illustration 2.
These changes became effective with the 906 (6ZS715) Compact Wheel Loader. These changes are adaptable back to first production.
