Note: Lubricate the bores for the O-ring seals with engine oil.

(1) Oil pressure switch

Normal contact position below actuation pressure ... closed

Actuation pressure ... 205 ± 27 kPa (30 ± 4 psi)

Torque ... 30 ± 5 N·m (22 ± 4 lb ft)

(2) Reducer bushing

(3) Connector

Use Teflon tape on the threads of bushing (2) and connector (3).

(4) Prelube pump

Flow at 1425 rpm and 345 kPa (50 psi) of pressure ... 3.1 L/min (0.83 US gpm)
