- 安装之前先确保摆线马达的所有部件清洁。 组装过程中，检查马达中使用的所有 O 形密封圈的状况。 如果任何密封圈损坏，则应使用新件进行更换。
- 安装轴承 (18) 。 利用适当的压具将轴承 (18) 压到表面 (X) 下面 7.62 mm (0.300 in) 的深度处。

- 安装唇形密封 (17) 。
- 将支承环 (19) 和垫片安装在马达组件上。

- 将唇形密封 (20) 安装到马达组件上。
- 如果配备，安装滚针轴承 (13) （未显示）。 将滚针轴承压到表面 (Z) 下面 2.92 mm (0.115 in) 的深度处。 将 O 形密封圈 (21) 安装在马达组件上。
- 定位马达组件，使面 (Y) 朝上。 将两个座圈 (15) 和轴承 (14) 安装到轴 (16) 上，如图所示。
