Providing complete, accurate information will help Caterpillar to provide the best available Service Information. When you submit feedback regarding Service Information, please include all of the available information. The following information is critical to the resolution of the problem:

• Include the method that was used to view the Service Information (paper or SIS).

• If the SIS or the SIS Web was used, include the "Access Method" ("Product Structure", "Document Structure", etc). This is automatic with the feedback in the SIS Web.

• Include the Serial Number Prefix of the machine or engine. This is automatic with the feedback in the SIS Web.

• Include the Media Number of the Service Information.

• Include a detailed description of the problem or situation.

• Include an E-mail address and/or a telephone number if you want to be contacted.

A feedback system is incorporated into the design of the SIS Web. Access the system by selecting feedback from the "Go To" drop-down menu.
