Removal

520 Control Module (Generator Set) (1) Connectors (2) Locking Screw

In order to remove the control module, use the following procedure:

1. Turn the Engine Control Switch (ECS) to STOP.

2. Turn off or disconnect the DC power supply.

3. Disconnect the connectors (1) on the back of the control module.

4. Loosen the locking screws (2) .

5. Remove the locking clips from the control panel.

6. Remove the control module from the door of the control system.

Replace

1. Place the control module into the door of the control system. Insert the control module from the front.

2. Loosen locking screws (2) and fit locking clips to the control module.

3. Tighten locking screws (2) .

4. Connect the connectors (1) to the control module.
