- 从冷却系统将冷却液排入合适的容器以便保存或废弃这些冷却液。 请参考操作和保养手册, "冷却系统冷却液 - 更换"。
- 从热交换器上拆下螺栓 (1) 和前隔套。

- 卸下隔套 (4) 。
- 拆下螺栓 (2) 和支架 (3) 。
- 安装工具 (A) 。

- 按照数字从大到小的顺序，至少分三步逐渐松开前架螺栓 (7) 。 当松开机架螺栓时，热交换器板将偏斜约 30%。 拆下前架 (6) 。
- 从组件上拆下板 (8) 并按顺序放好。 从各个板上拆下衬垫 (9) 。 用粗尼龙刷或新工具 (B) 清洁热交换器板。 不要使用脏的工具 (B) 、钢丝棉或钢丝刷，这将会划伤钛热交换器板。 钛热交换器板上的任何铁器刮痕都会导致热交换器板腐蚀。 要清除结垢（碳酸钙垢）和沉淀（腐蚀品），建议使用最多 4% 的硝酸、柠檬酸或硫酸溶液。 要清除滋长的生物，建议使用 4% 的氢氧化钠溶液和尼龙刷。 用水冲洗板。
