Water Pump - Install

- Fasten a hoist to Tool (A) and position water pump (10). Install gasket (17) on each side of the water pump.

Installing the Electric Motor on the Water Pump
- Put electric motor (6) on the water pump and install bolts (16). Remove Tool (A) from electric motor (6). Install two eyebolts.

Illustration 7 g00764129 - Put shim (13) in position on the water pump shaft. Install coupling (14) with bolts (15). Remove shim (13).

- Install shim (13).
- Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.
