Piston Height - Inspect
如果活塞高于缸体的高度不在技术规格单元, "活塞和活塞环"中规定的公差范围内，则必须更换活塞和活塞销轴承。 如果更换或重新加工过以下任一部件，则必须测量活塞高于缸体的高度：
- 曲轴
- 缸盖
- 连杆
- 活塞销轴承
- 活塞
必须保持适当的活塞高度才能确保发动机符合排放标准的要求。
注: 活塞顶部不应进行机加工。 如果安装的是原来的活塞，确保将原来的活塞装配到正确的连杆再安装到原来的油缸中。

- 使用 8T-0455 缸套凸出量工具总成 以测量活塞高于缸体的高度。 使用仪表支座 (3) 将缸体表面的千分表 (1) 归零。
- 确定缸体上仪表支座 (3) 的位置。 转动曲轴，直到活塞处于上止点附近。 确保缸套的火花环不会影响仪表支座或千分表。
