- 检查涡轮增压器密封垫有无磨损或损坏。 如果涡轮增压器密封垫磨损或损坏，则用新件更换。
- 将 5P-3931 抗咬合剂 涂抹到涡轮增压器安装螺柱的螺纹上。
- 在排气歧管上定位涡轮增压器密封垫和涡轮增压器 (6) 。 安装将涡轮增压器 (6) 固定到排气歧管上的螺母 (4) 。

- 上紧将涡轮增压器固定到排气歧管上的锁紧螺母。
将带有螺旋锁螺纹的 3E-8017 锁紧螺母 上紧到以下扭矩： ... 54 ± 5 N·m (40 ± 4 lb ft)
将标准 9X-6620 锁紧螺母 上紧到以下扭矩： ... 70 ± 5 N·m (50 ± 4 lb ft)
- 检查机油供应管组件 (5) 和管组件 (2) 的密封垫。 如果密封垫磨损或损坏，则用新件更换。

- 将管组件 (2) 和密封垫定位到涡轮增压器 (6) 上。 将螺栓 (1) 安装到涡轮增压器上，并将螺栓 (3) 安装到缸体上。
- 为机油供应管组件 (5) 安装密封垫后将机油供应管组件 (5) 连接到涡轮增压器 (6) 上。
