连接 Caterpillar ET（Electronic Technician，电子技师），检查有无激活的代码和/或记录的代码。 在继续进行本程序之前，诊断并排除所有激活的代码。
注: 油门配置只需在发动机从未运转时进行检查。
监测 Cat ET 上 "Throttle Position（油门位置）"的状态。 确认 "Throttle Position（油门位置）"状态保持稳定，发动机能达到高怠速转速。 请参阅针对特定应用的相应诊断测试：
