注: 正时孔螺塞 (1) 可能在以下两个位置之一:

  • 飞轮壳的右前表面(图 2)

  • 飞轮壳的左前表面(图 3)

  1. 拆卸位于飞轮壳 (2) 前侧的正时孔螺塞 (1) 。

    注: 转动发动机,使四个大螺栓位于曲轴前部。 不要使用曲轴皮带轮前部的八个小螺栓。

  1. 将正时螺栓穿过飞轮壳 (2) 上的正时孔。

    沿发动机正常旋转方向转动飞轮。 转动飞轮,使正时螺栓与飞轮上的孔接合。

    注: 如果转动飞轮时越过了正时螺栓的接合点,必须反向转动飞轮,反向意味着与发动机正常旋转方向相反的方向。 转动飞轮大约30度。 接着以发动机正常旋转方向转动飞轮直到正时销与飞轮上带螺纹的孔接合。 当 第一缸活塞处于上止点时,以上步骤会消除由发动机上的正时齿轮带来的游隙对确定第一缸上止点造成的影响。

  1. 拆下气门室盖。

    1 号气缸的进气阀和排气阀在两种情况下完全关闭:

    • 1 号活塞处于压缩冲程。

    • 可用手移动摇臂。

    如果摇臂无法移动且气门微开,则 1 号活塞在排气冲程上。

    注: 请参阅测试和调整, "曲轴的气门间隙设置位置"。

  1. 将正时螺栓安装至飞轮中后,根据需要完成以下步骤:

    1. 找出需要检查曲轴冲程位置的气缸。

    1. 找出需要调整曲轴冲程位置的气缸。

  1. 当已确定曲轴当前所处的冲程位置,但需要的是另一个冲程位置时,应从飞轮上拆下正时螺栓。

  1. 沿发动机正常旋转方向将飞轮转动 360 度。

注: 正时螺栓孔仅用于下述步骤:

  • 燃油正时度数的调整

  • 气门间隙设置
