Hydraulic Hand Control - Disassemble

Usage:

PP120 ETB

Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the hydraulic hand control. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Hand Control - Remove".

  1. Remove cover (1) .

  1. Remove bolts (2) .

    ------ WARNING! ------

    Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.

    Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.

    Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.

  1. If handle assembly (7) will be removed then remove roll pin (4) and lower plate (3) at this time.

  1. Remove spring guides (5) and springs (6) .

  1. Remove latches (8) and pawl lever (9) .

  1. Remove handle (10) .

  1. Remove roll pin (12) in order to remove lever (11) .
