- Install adapter (25) into damper (26). Install bolts (24) .

- Install damper assembly (23). Install pulley (22). Install bolts (21).

- Remove Tooling (A) .
- Install one bolt (21) .

- Move belt tensioner (19) in a counterclockwise direction in order to install belt (20). Install belt (20) .

- Install bracket (17). Install bolts (18). Install cover (16). Install bolts (15) .

- Install brace (14) .

- Install cover (11). Tighten bracket (13). Position tube assembly (12). Connect tube assembly (12) onto cover (11).

- Install cover (10) .

- Install support (8). Install tubes (9). Connect hose (7) .

- Attach a suitable lifting device to hood assembly (5). The weight of hood assembly (5) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb). Install hood assembly (5). Install bolts (6) .

- Close access door (4). Install bolts (3). Close the front access door on the left side of the machine.

- Fill the engine with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, " Cooling System Cooling (ELC) - Change".
- Install guards (1) and (2) .
