Start By:

  1. Remove the fan pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan Pump - Remove".

  1. Remove bolts (1) and valve (2) .

  1. Remove O-ring seals (3), nut (5), and coil (4) .

  1. Remove cartridge assembly (14), adapter (13), backup ring (12), spool (11), spring (10), and retainers (9) .

  1. Remove valve (6), O-ring seal (8), and backup ring (7) .

  1. Remove valve (19), spring (18), spring (17), retainer (16), and spool (15) .

  1. Remove bolts (20) and head assembly (21) .

  1. Remove O-ring seals (22), port plate (23), and bearing cup (24) .

  1. Remove O-ring seal (25), spring (26), and piston (27) .

  1. Remove piston (28) and bearing cone (29) .

  1. Remove shim (30) and rotating assembly (31) .

  1. Remove pistons (32) and retaining plate (33) .

  1. Remove bearing (34) .

  1. Use Tooling (A), Tooling (C), and a suitable press in order to remove retaining ring (36) from barrel (35) .

  1. Remove spring (39), washer (38), and pins (37) .

  1. Remove swashplate (40) .

  1. Remove bearings (41) and shaft (42) .

  1. Use Tooling (B) and a suitable press in order to remove bearing cone (43) from shaft (42) .

  1. Use Tooling (D) in order to remove retaining ring (44) .

  1. Remove lip seal (45) .

  1. Remove bearing cup (46) .
