电子控制模块(ECM)提供发动机空燃比的自动控制。 此自动控制可以获得良好的发动机性能、排气黑烟的控制和改进的燃油消耗量。 ECM调节供油量。 供油量是以进气歧管压力(增压压力)为基础来确定的。 随着增压压力的升高,更多的空气可供气缸内燃烧使用。 ECM以提供更多的燃油来响应。 ECM 提供更多的燃油以便在整个发动机的运转范围均保持最佳的空燃比。

发动机电子控制系统使用户能够对空燃比控制进行微小调整。 ECM 中空燃比控制的调整是通过使用 Caterpillar 电子技师(ET)来完成的。 改变"空燃比偏移量"参数使得空燃比可以根据需要进行调整。 在正数方向设定"空燃比控制偏移量"数值将会提供较浓空燃比。 此设定将会在加速时产生较快的发动机响应。 该设定也将产生更多的黑烟。 在负数方向设定"空燃比控制偏移量"数值将会提供较稀空燃比。 此设定的结果是较慢的发动机响应和较少的黑烟。 "空燃比控制偏移量"的绝对数值为 ± 25。 这是一个无量纲的数值。 "空燃比控制偏移量"的正常设定值为 0。


注意

发动机的空燃比控制已经被优化过,在不需进行任何调整的情况下就可提供优良的性能和黑烟控制。 没必要使用 "空燃比控制偏移量",除非在特殊情况下。 使用 "空燃比控制偏移量" 参数将不会影响发动机的总的功率输出。 不要使用参数掩盖可能存在的发动机性能故障。
