One of the following conditions exist:

• The Timing Control Module (TCM) has failed.

• There is a problem in the wiring between the TCM and the sensor.

• The detonation sensor has failed.

• There is electrical noise on the -battery wire.

System Response:

The TCM will signal the engine to shutdown. The "NO RIGHT DETONATION SENSOR SIGNAL" LED will illuminate. The code may be viewed on the DDT.

Test Step 1. Perform the following test: Detonation Sensors

• OK - Stop.
