After Starting Engine
Pri novih instalacijah in pravkar obnovljenih motorjih skrbno preverjajte motor oz. bodite pozorni na nenavadno delovanje motorja.
Ko so vsi sistemi stabilizirani in normalni, lahko obrate/minuto motorja povišate s spodnjega prostega teka na nominalne obrate/minuto.
Motorji, ki uporabljajo naravni plin iz plinovoda, lahko vstopijo na polno obremenitev v 30 sekundah ali manj.
Pri motorjih, ki uporabljajo bio-plin, podaljšan čas doseganja polne obremenitve pripomore k zaščiti pred klenkanjem.
Za doseganje normalne delovne temperature bo morda potrebno vzpostaviti določeno stopnjo obremenitve.
- Povečajte hitrost motorja na nominalne obr/min.
- Izstopna temperatura vodnega plašča mora doseči
77 °C (170 °F) . Preverite, ali so merilci v normalnih razponih glede na obr/min motorja. - Za vzpostavitev obremenitve zaprite glavno izklopno stikalo tokokroga.
