Assembly Procedure

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Install zinc rod (11) in the bonnet.

- Lubricate O-ring seals (9) and (10) with 1U-6396 O-Ring Assembly Compound and install O-ring seals (9) .
- Position bonnet (8) and the washers on the heat exchanger and install six bolts (7) .

- Lubricate O-ring seal (6) with 1U-6396 O-Ring Assembly Compound and install O-ring seal (6) .

- Install tube bundle (5) in the heat exchanger.
- Install zinc rods (3) in the bonnet.

- Lubricate O-ring seal (4) with 1U-6396 O-Ring Assembly Compound and install O-ring seal (4) .
- Position bonnet (2) and the washers on the heat exchanger and install six bolts (1) .
