(4) 9S-9082 发动机盘车工具 - 将正时螺栓 (2) 放入飞轮壳中的正时孔内。 使用发动机盘车工具 (4) 和 1/2 in 驱动棘轮扳手沿正常发动机旋转方向转动飞轮。 转动飞轮，使正时螺栓与飞轮上的孔接合。 参考图 2。
注: 如果转动飞轮时越过了正时螺栓的接合点，必须反向转动飞轮，反向意味着与发动机正常旋转方向相反的方向。 转动飞轮大约 30 度。 接着以发动机正常旋转方向转动飞轮直到正时销与飞轮上带螺纹的孔接合。 此程序将消除 1 号活塞位于上止点时的齿轮间隙。
- 拆下 1 号缸盖的气门室盖。
- 如果 1 号活塞处于压缩冲程，则 1 号气缸的进气门和排气门完全关闭。 如果 1 号活塞在压缩冲程上，则摇臂可以用手移动。 如果不能移动摇臂且气门微开，则 1 号活塞处于排气冲程。 安装正时螺栓后，找到可以根据曲轴的冲程位置检查或调整的气缸。 请参考测试和调整, "喷油器调整和气门间隙调整时曲轴应处的位置"。
注: 当已确定曲轴当前所处的冲程位置，但需要的是另一个冲程位置时，应从飞轮上拆下正时螺栓。 沿发动机正常旋转方向将飞轮转动 360 度。
