Description of Change: A new return spring for the governor motor provides improved service life.
Adaptable To: The new 203-7559 Spring directly replaces the former 166-3899 Spring. The new return spring is for the governor motor of the above listed models.
The new spring is part of the 179-9036 Electronic Wiring Group. This group pertains to the M312 Excavators. The new return spring is effective with the M312 (S/N: 6TL1396) Excavators. This spring is adaptable to the M312 (S/N: 6TL635-1395) Excavators.
Also, the new spring is part of the 179-9037 Electronic Control Wiring Gp. This group pertains to the M315 Excavators. The new return spring is effective with the M315 (S/N: 7ML2311) Excavators. This spring is adaptable to the M315 (S/N: 7ML1215-2310) Excavators.
