MID 036 - CID 0580 - FMI 04 Power Shift Pres Sensor short to ground
Conditions Which Generate This Code:
The output from the Power Shift Pressure sensor is less than 0.2 VDC for 1 second. The diagnostic codes 262-03 and 262-04 are not active. The ECM has been powered for more than 3 seconds.
System Response:
The CID-FMI is logged in memory. The CID-FMI may be viewed on a display module or the ET. The status screen on the ET will show the parameter as invalid data.
Test Step 1. Perform the following test: Engine Sensor Open/Short Test
Results:
- OK - Stop.
- REPAIRED, OK - Stop.
