NOTICE |
---|
Failure to properly assemble parts or failure to follow established procedures can lead to damage of the parts and assembly. To avoid damage to parts, always identify and mark the parts so that they can be installed in the same location. Ensure that gear surfaces align. Never force parts during assembly. |
- Check the condition of all O-ring seals that are used in the hose assemblies that are connected to the main control valve. If any of the O-ring seals are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
- Fasten an appropriate lifting device to the main control valve. Install the main control valve in the machine. The weight of the main control valve is approximately 204 kg (450 lb).
- Install four bolts (14) and the washers that hold the main control valve in position.
