NOTE: | This Program must be administered either before or after failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS44106" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

PROBLEM
The existing sprocket bolts can loosen and fail on certain 330D, 336D, and 336E Excavators. If the existing bolts fail, it can result in damage to the drive sprocket and drive gear case. |

PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling. |
1. Degrease the new 8T-0380 Bolts before assembling. Use a suitable solvent/degreaser. 2. Remove and replace the existing 7X-2575 Sprocket Bolts with new 8T-0380 Bolts, one at a time, in an alternating sequence. Note: When removing the bolts clean out the housing thread and the assembly face. |
3. Apply Loctite 243 to the bolt thread before installing. 4. Tighten each bolt to a specified torque of 900 +/- 100 N.m. |
