(1) Finished track roller assembly should sustain 245 to 265 kPa (36 to 38 psi) air pressure without pressure drop for 30 seconds. Add 0.46 ± 0.025 liter (.98 ± .05 pint) of SAE 30CD oil through plug (1) hole.

(2) Put a thin layer of SAE30CD oil on seal.

(3) O-rings of floating seal (2) and all surfaces in contact with them must be clean and dry at assembly. Put a thin layer of oil on the contacting surfaces of the metal seals just before installation.

(4) End play

Minimum ... 0.25 mm (.010 in)

Maximum ... 1.25 mm (.049 in)

(5) Plug to be recessed 10.00 ± 4.00 mm (.394 ± .157 in)
