Engine Oil Pressure
遵循本程序的所有步骤以获得可用的机油压力读数。
- 确保发动机使用SAE 10W-30机油，并加注到正确油位。 如果使用了粘度不对的机油，发动机机油压力图将会不准确。
- 拆下机油压力开关。 把 1U-5470 发动机压力测试组件 连接到主油道上。 进行此连接时，使用机油压力开关的孔口。
- 运转发动机。 让发动机机油温度上升到99°C (210°F)。
注: 发动机机油温度每升高3°C (5°F)，发动机机油压力就降低7 kPa (1 psi)。
注: 确保发动机机油温度不要超过115°C (239°F)。
- 使在额定转速下运转的发动机的机油温度保持一致，读取压力表读数。
- 使用发动机转速和机油压力在发动机机油压力图上定位交叉点。
- 结果应在图中可接受的范围内。 如果结果是不可接受的，查找问题的原因并解决问题。 长期在机油压力超出可接受范围的情况下运转可能导致发动机发生故障或降低发动机使用寿命。
注: 保存定期读取发动机机油压力读数的记录。 此记录能够指示可能存在或发生的发动机问题或损坏。 应检查机油压力突然升高或降低70 kPa (10 psi)的情况，即使此时机油压力仍在发动机机油压力图的可接受范围。
