Problem
There have been reports of drift involving the stabilizers on 450E and 450F Backhoe Loaders.
Solution
Verify that the drift is caused by the cylinder. Ensure that there is no air trapped in the cylinder. If the cylinder is drifting, do not disassemble the cylinder. Provide additional information through CPI feedback within the Service Information Management System (SIMSi) referencing media number M0106459, CPI 438852. Submit the following information:

- Part number
- Cylinder date code
- Part hours
- SOS sample results taken from the cylinder
This information will help decide the next course of action to reseal or replace. If the drift is NOT caused by the cylinder, troubleshoot the valve components.
