Description Of Change: The 3 inch seat belt group has been improved on machines listed above. Improved 3 inch seat belt group uses two new bolts, and two new flange locknuts to increase the durability.

- Remove the 2 inch seat belt from the seat with two bolts, four hard washers, and two locknuts. Discard 2 inch seat belt, four hard washers, two bolts and two locknuts.
Note: Discard two new 0T-0244 Bolt and two new 8S-0934 Flange Locknut from the 276-6019 Seat Belt Gp.
- Install 3 inch seat belt group (1) with two bolts (2), two washers (1a), two hard washers (1b), and two flange locknuts (3) to the seat for better reliability and durability. Tighten two bolts (2). The improved 3 inch seat belt group (1) is adaptable to the machines within the listed serial numbers, and is effective with all machines after the listed serial numbers.
