Problem

The swing bearing and drive on certain D-Series Knuckleboom Loaders may not have been set correctly at the factory. This issue could cause rocking of the upper deck once the operator lets off the swing function.

Solution

If the backlash between the swing bearing and the pinion is a concern, refer to M0076386 for proper specifications and adjustment. Prior to any work being performed, your local tech rep should be contacted and approval provided before adjustments are made.
